Meet Private Trainer Chad Robins

Chad has been a personal fitness trainer in Scottsdale for over 30 years, with an approach of helping his clients Play Better, Age Well, and Feel Amazing!

I carefully design unique personal plans that work specifically for your body, abilities, goals, lifestyle and well-being.

As a fully certified trainer, we focus on three primary components, proper technique, functional and primal movement patterns and relieving or preventing pain through myo-fascial compression and release in conjunction with proper stretching protocols.

I’m not a “muscle-focused” trainer, rather I am a “holistic, longevity-focused” trainer.

Working together, we will get you stronger, improve your posture, mobility and balance, get you feeling amazing, and you might actually just want to eat healthier too!

Starting with weight training at the age of 13, I began to explore my personal love of cooking. I have always enjoyed eating healthy, participating in sports and being active. I provide personalized, complimentary nutritional advise to all clients.
