I’ve spent my career as a private trainer across multiple fitness disciplines, staying active and continuously learning.
The effects of inactivity on both the body and the mind, left unaddressed, become a downward trajectory. My goal is to help interrupt that pattern. Supporting not only my clients, but the quality of life they carry into their everyday experiences. The fitness objective in training is to move with greater efficiency, control, and fluidity.
When a primary muscle (agonist) is not activating properly, secondary muscles (synergists) take over. Over time, this can lead to synergistic dominance, a neuromuscular imbalance that results in inefficient movement patterns, muscle imbalances, and an increased risk of injury. Addressing imbalances is just part of the work we will do together.
