My goal is to properly assess your current state, so I can identify your unique needs and goals to get you started on your health and wellness journey.
This is an All-Encompassing program involving, but not limited to Nutritional Counseling, Functional Resistance/Corrective Exercise, Stretch Therapy and Self-Myofascial Releasing, Kinesio Taping and Cardiovascular Conditioning protocols. Let’s make this YOUR time to be the best YOU can be!

Where Chad Trains
Chad provides training and therapy services a well-equipped boutique gym in North Scottsdale, or in your home. Additionally, he provides remote fitness, mobility, balance and stretch training virtually.
North Scottsdale
Onsite personal training and therapy is offered at gym close to the Scottsdale Quarter.
Your Home
Chad can utilize your gym, the outdoors or just a floor space with a mat.
Remote Virtual Training
Onsite personal fitness, stretch and mobility training is offered using FaceTime or Zoom.
