What is Fascia?
The fascia is the connective system that ties everything together. Fascia is a strong, flexible, hydrated tissue made of collagen fibers, elastin fibers, gel-like extracellular matrix and sensory nerve endings. For healthy tissue to enable movement and promote flexibility it must be pliable, hydrated and active for proper movement patterns.

What does Fascia Release do?
Play Better, Age Well, Feel Amazing!
For healthy tissue to enable movement and promote flexibility fascia must be pliable, hydrated and active for proper movement patterns. Fascial release is a foundational part of how I help my clients move, perform and live better. My goal is to restore that system so the body can function the way it was designed to.

ABOUT CHAD’S THERAPY APPROACH
Every Session is Intentional
I find where tension is being stored and how their body is compensating. From there I apply release protocols, which may include hands-on manipulation, myofascial scraping (instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization), low-level laser therapy and percussion therapy to break up adhesions and reestablish proper movement through the fascial lines. We take this improved movement to the floor and work on strength and mobility in real time. This is a real transformation, this is why my approach is different.
This is active restoration and pain relief.
