As your fitness trainer, I will assess your movement patterns and identify areas of overactivity, underactivity, and inhibition. We develop a plan that progresses through key phases:
- Adaptation Phase
- Strength/Intensity Phase
- Results Phase
Each phase plays a role in long-term progress. Through consistency the body adapts, strengthens, and evolves. Applying proper technique, controlled movement, and breath awareness, especially during concentric and eccentric phases, are essential to maximizing results and minimizing injury.
